SMS & WhatsApp Terms and Conditions

1. Program Description & Consent

By providing your phone number and opting in, you provide express written consent to receive recurring automated marketing, promotional, and transactional text (SMS/MMS) and WhatsApp messages from Abaline.

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase for any goods or services.
  • Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS) or other automated technology.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You will receive recurring messages based on your interactions, transaction status, and enrolled marketing campaigns.

3. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier (e.g., T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T) for details on your texting plan. You are solely responsible for all charges imposed by your mobile provider.

4. Dispute Resolution & Mandatory Arbitration

Please read this section carefully. It affects your rights.

  • You and Abaline agree to resolve any disputes arising from this messaging program through binding individual arbitration, rather than in court.
  • You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

To stop receiving text messages from Abaline, reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any SMS message. You will receive one final text message confirming your opt-out. For WhatsApp, you may reply STOP directly in the chat interface or use the native “Block Business” feature within the WhatsApp application.

6. Customer Support

Reply HELP to any SMS message to receive automated assistance, or contact our customer support team directly at info@abaline.com or 732-582-0200.

7. Carrier Liability Waiver

Mobile carriers (including, but not limited to, T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon) are not liable for delayed, misdirected, or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy Policy

All mobile data collected through this program is governed by our privacy standards. We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in data with third parties for promotional purposes.
